Witch Felting Workshop at Kingwood

Needle felting is the process of repeatedly pushing a barbed needle into a mass of fiber, agitating, compressing, and locking the fibers together into a denser mass of fiber. No experience necessary. No knitting, no crocheting. Think of it as being like sculpting, with fiber and a needle, instead of clay. In this class you will learn to needle felt a three-dimensional witch out of alpaca fiber, complete with whatever accessories you decide to her in. All materials are included, felting tools and foam surface to work on are provided for use in class. This is a fun class and everyone’s witch will turn out different than the others.
