Drop Spindle Class

In this class you will learn to spin alpaca roving into yarn on a drop spindle, and gain the skills to spin a singles yarn. You will learn spinning related terms and leave with instructions on how to ply your singles yarn. By the time you are finished with this class, you will be well on your way to spinning your own hand spun yarn!
A drop spindle and two ounces of alpaca roving is included in the class fee.
Productive Spindling, written by Amelia Garripoli is a terrific resource for learning to spin. This book is optional, but should you wish to purchase it, you may order it here and pick it up the day of class.
