An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, repeating until December 30, 2021
November 27, 2021 – December 30, 2021, Tuesday-Sunday, 4pm-9pm.
The Trail of Lights features nearly 200 string light trees, over 101,000 LED bulbs; trees range in size from 4 feet high to the 28-foot-high walk-in tree made of 5,500 green lights (the most popular photo op!) In total, the grounds of Kingwood Center Gardens are adorned with over 7 linear miles of lights.
The Kingwood Hall mansion will be decorated with the theme, “Home for the Holidays” – all done by local garden clubs and volunteers. For the very first time, we will deck the halls – and bedrooms – on the third floor.
The Community Tree Walk is a favorite where local organizations fill Roost Hall with decorated live trees. Live music on the weekends in the Drawing Room of Kingwood Hall. The Gateway Café and Buehler’s Snacks and Sips will be open nightly. Christmas Artisan Market. Amateur model train display. Stuff the Sleigh – a toy drive for local social service agencies.
The Kingwood Garden & Gift Shop will be open daily 10am – 2pm and 4 – 8:30pm every day of Christmas at Kingwood. The Garden & Gift Shop is a popular place to pick up beautiful and unique gifts along with your favorite winter plants.
Expanded days and times have been added with online pre-sale of ticket required. The Garden & Gift Shop and Gateway Café will be open. Kingwood will be closed on Mondays along with December 24-25 and December 31-January 1.
Entrance will be at the Trimble Road gate with admission in the new Garden Gateway visitor center.
