Blacksmith Workshops @ Shady Lane Alpaca Farm

We will be offering a beginning Blacksmith Workshop on April 18th from 12:30-3:30 pm and an Advanced Workshop from 3:30-6:30 pm. The beginner class you learn about the tools, forges and materials used to create forged items. The beginners will take metal, heat it and hammer it into an “S” hook with a twist and how it make an icicle as an ornament. The advanced class will teach you how to make a fire pit rake, heart shaped Horse Shoes, or a variety of other projects.  Cost is $55 per workshop, per person. All materials are furnished.
