TEDxMansfield Puts the Spotlight on Ideas Worth Spreading

Mansfield, Ohio is getting its own TEDx event to bring people together for a TED-like experience. Don’t know TED? TED stands from Technology, Entertainment, Design. It is a nonprofit organization devoted to “Ideas Worth Spreading” that invites the world’s leading innovators, thinkers, and doers to speak at their two annual conferences for 18 minutes or less. What started as a four-day conference in California 30 years ago, the TED organization has grown its mission to amplify and share ideas and innovations worldwide.  So, what is TEDxMansfield? A TEDx event is a local, self-organized program to spark discussion and connection in the community with TED Talks video and live speakers. The TED Conference provides general guidance to these local organizers and TEDx programs are subject to certain rules and regulations to bear the moniker of TEDx.

Join in on the discussion. TEDxMansfield will take place Saturday, November 3, 2018 from, 12-5 p.m. at The Renaissance Theatre. The theme of this event is Metamorphosis, and the
