Throughout most of US history, minorities have fallen victim to a harsh and blased system of justice. By honesty getting to the source of a racially motivated practice of punishment, strides can be made to reverse the oppressive patterns that plaque our nation's marginalized people. This lecture is presented by Gary Proletti, adjunct faculty member at North Central State College.
